Our rates have been REDUCED and DISCOUNTED to reflect the additional noise that can occur during this neighboring project. The space was clean and well decorated. There was construction, but the description warns you of that. It didn’t bother us at all. We were too busy exploring Charleston. Would stay again.
The unit was extremely clean, well-appointed, with brand new furnishings. The unit is 1BR partitioned off from a 6BR house. The interior doors to the rest of the house are locked with the shades drawn. Unfortunately the massive a/c for the rest of the house, as well as an a/c for this unit, are right outside your bedroom and bathroom windows. The bed was very comfortable but the a/c noise from outside woke us up throughout the night. The listing claims 2 parking spaces, but maybe only 2 compact cars. Our one vehicle took up the whole parking area comfortably. The back door code didn't work for us but the front door code did, maybe it was user error. It is walking distance to Vern's, The Chubby Fish, Bistronomy, and other great restaurants. It came with a free bottle of wine. We will try somewhere else next time due to the noise.
Stayed here for a little getaway and it was all we could’ve asked for and more! Host was very responsive when we had questions. Definitely will be back.
