The property features: The downstairs (Unit A) in the main house has a large living room. The master bedroom features a master bedroom with a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The living room has an article pull out couch to accommodate sleeping space for two guests. The two full bathrooms have new showers with beautiful tile. There is also access to the lower balcony. The upstairs (Unit B) in the main house. It includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a classic clawfoot bathtub. This unit has access to a balcony, a great place to hang out and watch the sunset. There is an outdoor patio, a great place for everyone to come together and hang out. There are 3 on-site parking spaces available for guests. You may park three (based on size) in the driveway, parked tandem one in front of the other. This makes packing and unpacking a breeze. Guests will have full access to their rental along with all the appliances and amenities included with your stay. This rental comes with parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway! You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm - 8am. Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.
