Each unit features a spacious living room with a flat screen TV connected to Apple TV, and a fully-equipped modern kitchen. The property features: The downstairs (Unit A) in the main house has a large living room. The master bedroom features a master bedroom with a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The living room has an article pull out couch to accommodate sleeping space for two guests. The two full bathrooms have new showers with beautiful tile. There is also access to the lower balcony. The upstairs (Unit B) in the main house. It includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a classic clawfoot bathtub. This unit has access to a balcony, a great place to hang out and watch the sunset. There is an outdoor patio, a great place for everyone to come together and hang out. There are 3 on-site parking spaces available for guests. You may park three (based on size) in the driveway, parked tandem one in front of the other. This makes packing and unpacking a breeze. Guests will have full access to their rental along with all the appliances and amenities included with your stay. This rental comes with parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway! You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab. THIS PROPERTY IS LEGAL AND LICENSED BY THE CITY OF CHARLESTON 06244 & 06138 Bag drop is provided through a third party for an additional fee. INCLUDED WITH EACH STAY: Complimentary High-Speed Internet WIFI One Bag of Complimentary Locally Packaged Coffee Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels, tissues) Hotel Quality Bath Amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap) Dish and Laundry Detergents Hair Dryer, Iron, and Ironing Board 4 Bath Towels per bed and Professionally Laundered Linens Basic Cooking Essentials and Kitchenware No Smoking Allowed. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm - 8am. Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. This was the perfect Airbnb for our group of 6 for my bachelorette trip!! So cute and plenty of space! Also a great location—we could easily walk to King St!

Shane’s place was perfect for our large group of varying ages. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. We were there when the weather was unbelievably hot yet the house kept cool. Lots of areas for our group to either gather or spread out as some had to work. Love Bad Bunny Coffee across the street and Fuel restaurant around the corner. I think we hit Bad Bunny every morning! Thank you Shane for an awesome stay!

Great experience overall. Prime location and awesome space for hanging out. Leading up to our reservation there were a lot of mixed messages or leaving out relevant info. Kind of made planning around check in super confusing/difficult. However, Shane always responded quickly and was helpful when needed. Would still recommend staying here!
