Very nice updated house. Downtown location was very convenient management responses in the hour if we have any issues.

We had a wonderful time celebrating a 40th birthday! Everything was very clean and so much room. Great location to walk around King Street.

We rented the entire house, which consists of two identical duplexes, for a 40th birthday celebration. It worked out really well. Having two floors and mirrored layouts made it easy for everyone to spread out while still being together. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked, which made hosting and group meals simple. One thing to note is that it wasn’t quite as walkable to the core of downtown as we originally expected, so we ended up Ubering fairly often. It’s also very close to the interstate, so there can be some noise during high-traffic times. Outside of those two things, the house was great, extremely clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
