Beautiful place. Everything is recently upgraded. Super convenient to King St and all the shops. Two negatives. There is a massive apt building going up across the street, so the construction noise and heavy truck traffic was never ending, but that is temporary and will be over by probably July 4th. Second negative is more permanent. There is another Airbnb unit directly above this one and the floor/ceiling has almost no sound insulation in it. So we could hear every sound above, and especially hear the little toddlers run around promptly at 7am everyday like a herd of thundering elephants. Not cool.

We loved it!! What a beautiful space. Lots of room for everyone. Only having one parking space is hard for larger parties but we worked around it.
