46 Moonlight 2BR UP

This place is exactly as described and pictured. Beds are comfy, space is great, individual HVAC units made each room comfortable! As mentioned in other reviews, walls are thin so you can hear neighbors and city noise but don’t let that deter you. Also, parking is super tight. It’s great to have the space but there is no chance you could get a full size SUV or truck back there. It is walkable to a lot of great places. Hosts were excellent and responsive. This is a historic charm renovation and I would say not quite “toddler-friendly” but definitely could take a baby or older kids. Regardless, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend staying here!

The space is great. Walls separating units are paper thin. You can hear everything (and I mean everything!) the unit is next to a fraternity house. Last night they were still going at 4:30am.

Let me start off by saying that this was a great place!! They were very prompt with their responses and accommodating to our early check in request as well as adding an additional night onto our stay. It was easy to find and get into and the location was great (walking distance to so much). The place was clean and had everything we needed within the property including an iron for our dresses. Everything was great and we would stay here again…..however I will make note that we had to call in a noise complaint both Friday and Saturday nights because this backs up to a frat house and they had music bumping soo loud past 2am until we called to shut it down or take it inside. We are a fun bunch and didn’t want to be the “complainers”, however we wanted sleep and there was no way until it was taking inside/shut down. So please keep this in mind if you are staying there on a weekend and like to go to get sleep!!
