The house was easy to find. Was clean inside and had everything I needed to stay comfortable. I liked the nice coffee touch in the kitchen. It is an older house so obviously has its own charm and quaintness. (Aka: the master bathroom floor slants quite a bit!) I do have to mention that I’ve stayed in 4 other downtown Charleston airbnbs over the years, and I would have to say this was my least favorite. More because of the location than anything else. (Which they mostly can’t help, other than it detracts and maybe makes it feel a bit more expensive than it should have been because of these things) I did read other reviews so did know going into it… the construction on the condos right across the street started early in the day, the thick dust that covered my car in just one day from that, it felt maybe a just a tad more sketchy (maybe not quite the right word) than places further south and it was the farthest north then I’ve ever stayed, so walking is a bit further for everything.

Nice place and convenient location. As mentioned, lots of construction in area. We always wear earplugs sleeping so didn’t really bother us in early morning but some may find it hard to deal with. Otherwise we would go back again.

Wonderful location to King Street, dining, and shopping. Interior was charming and clean.
