We are not made aware of the schedule, but some days can be louder than others with most work being done during the weekdays from around 8am to 5pm. Please reach out if you have any questions as to the extent of the construction. Our rates have been REDUCED and DISCOUNTED to reflect the additional noise that can occur during this neighboring project. Potential for Noise: Due to the home’s historic character and close proximity to all the city has to offer, some road and city noise may be heard.
