Wonderful stay, great area easy walk to the market and king street! The house is gorgeous and would be perfect for any large gathering! Parking was the only thing that needed some help but with the location parking was going to be a problem if you had more than one car! Would absolutely vacation again here!!
The Duncan house was perfect for our visit. The house was easy to find, sparkling clean, comfortable and perfectly located. Our host was responsive and made us feel welcome. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed. Beautifully designed and decorated. King St is a short walk to shopping, restaurants and bars. We walked to City Market and took the free bus to the Fort Sumter Museum. It rained off and on so we ducked into a couple of places to hang out with the locals. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you for hosting us.
The Airbnb was as described. Very well appointed and nicely decorated. It was spotless. Plenty of room for our family of five. The area, Cannonsborough has so many small, quaint restaurants and bars. Beautiful old Charlestonian architecture everywhere. Very safe area to walk. Also only one block from King Street where are all the action is. Communication with the host is very easy if needed. You also get a parking spot right next to the house. They are doing some construction on Phillip which also occurs on Saturday morning, but we were already up and ready to go. There is also a great breakfast/coffee spot, at the end of the driveway too, Island Provisions.
