Great location and super helpful host, would highly recommend to anyone with a larger group coming to CHS
We loved this property initially it was very easy to get into and the location was great. The additional parking spaces were close as well. However, we had cold water throughout our stay that they continued to try to fix, but ultimately, we only had one time where we were able to take hot showers and only for a short period of time. Then we noticed termite damage coming through the ceilings with active termite drilling new holes during our stay and large amounts of termite feces throughout the beds as the termites were digging through the ceiling. The host offered a partial refund however we did not receive it.
Our “Gang of 8” enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean and comfortable. The location allowed walking access to the main tourist areas of Charleston.
