This property is fully licensed by the City of Folly Beach to be used as a vacation rental property. License Numbers: LIC041102, STR25-A0052 Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-10am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Folly's Ordinance rules. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!

The studio was exactly like in the pictures, modern, well kept, clean. The property has parking and it is at walkable distance from the beach (2 minutes) and from the main restaurants/shops (15 minutes). I am not giving 5 stars because I asked in advance if I would find bedsheets for the pack&play for my 9 months old and I was told yes, however they were actually not providing them. They managed to drop some more adults bedsheets to adapt for the crib, it was helpful but not ideal.
Loved our stay here! Everything was chic, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed. The modern details made the space feel extra special. It was also within easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants, which made the location perfect.
Great location! Super clean home! We definitely will be back!
