This was the worst communication I’ve ever had as an Airbnb guest in over 10 years. The AC broke and wasn’t fixed for almost two days, the owner never responded after repeatedly asking for a refund for the top unit we were unable to use.
This home was an absolute dream. I hosted a group of women who flew in from all over the country to rest, recharge, and experience Charleston. The house had plenty of space, beautiful décor, and that signature Charleston charm. Every guest commented on how thoughtfully designed and comfortable it was. The beds were soft and luxurious, and I loved the high-quality sheets and the white noise machines in every room—such a thoughtful touch that I even bought one when I got home. The kitchen was fully stocked, the towels were soft and plentiful, and the rainfall showers were heavenly. We especially loved eating breakfast on the upstairs porch, feeling the Charleston breeze and sharing laughter. The hosts were communicative and kind throughout our stay. Everything exceeded expectations, and I can’t wait to return for my next creative retreat.
We stayed here for a team retreat and everyone loved it! Perfect space for us, not too far from downtown, and several walkable places nearby.
