Top floor of a multi-unit building. The description of the unit was spot on. Communication both before, during and after out stay was proactive and helpful. You are within walking distance of restaurants and shopping as well as a very short walk to the beach. Each bedroom as well as the main living room had a TV so if you're there with children or other couples that's a plus. Everything was very clean and new which makes the experience more comfortable. The outdoor space is nice, both at the unit itself as well as common areas. Although we did not need it, laundry facilities are available. Overall, a very nice stay at The Manchester.
