This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms! The condo is excellent. Clean and had what we needed for the week. The cafe next door is nice but their patrons are always in front of the building, on the steps to enter condo and loud. The tables in front are for the cafe not renters. And next to busy fire station. Parking was easy and great. Very walkable to shops and restaurants. Easy to get to Ashley side of Charleston and Mt. Pleasant.
The location can’t be beat, just steps from King Street. We loved the historic feel of the place and despite only needing one bedroom, we booked it due to the convenience and value. The one thing to keep in mind, you are right by a fire station, which could be a challenge for some. It didn’t bother us though. The shop attached to the building did have patrons sitting at tables in front of the residence which allowed noise to carry inside. Not a major problem, but was a bit surprising. We would stay here again if available on a future trip to Charleston!
Had a great stay! Close to King street and although right outside the window can be busy with lots of people, the rooms are set in the back of the house so you really can’t hear the noise in the bedrooms! Also accommodating while traveling with my 1 year old. The pack and play was comfortable & high chair was clean. Definitely would recommend!
