Designed for the perfect beach escape, the home features serene marsh views toward Sullivan’s Island, private outdoor living space, garage parking, and all the essentials for a relaxing, carefree stay. Our spacious 4-floor home is ideal for groups of 6-8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 3 full and 1 half baths. Located just off of Ben Sawyer Blvd, location and parking won't be an issue here! Accessed by its own entrance/exit, and up (interior) stairs, the home features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to enjoy a meal or spend time together. Dining table with 4-6 seats and living room with high ceilings, and the lounge space has a couch with a Queen-sized pull-out bed. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd-floor (3rd level in the building), with 2 full bathrooms and a full-size washer/dryer. One bedroom on this floor has a Queen-sized bed, the other has a bunk bed with a Queen-sized bed for the bottom, and a Single-sized bed for the top. The 3rd-floor (4th level in the building) has a spacious master bedroom featuring a King size bed and daybed with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony. Each of these bedrooms has its own flat-screen Roku-powered TV with Cable options. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on the 1st-floor (2nd level in the building). Managed with care by YOURPAD Vacation Rentals. A beautiful home a rock’s throw away from Sullivan’s Island. Close to many restaurants and stores, so close, you can walk across the street to a very cool bar. The quaint neighborhood is trendy and quiet. We enjoyed our time with our family making great memories and sitting out on the veranda. Would definitely recommend. The host communication is impeccable.
The house was beautiful and looks even a little bit bigger than it did in the photos. Everything was super clean and the hosts were very responsive. Beautiful decor & setup. Great location in between downtown and the beach and perfect for a girls weekend with so many bathrooms and space. Loved the porch on the top floor as well!
