- **Anonymous**: "There were 8 of us and we had a nice 4-night stay at this Airbnb.  The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms is great (most with double sinks!).  If you enjoy walking, It’s an easy walk to the City Market and carriage rides and we seemed to find a different route through the city and University whenever we went out.  Ubers are also easy to get.  There is a bodega and a couple cute restaurants within a block of the location.  If you’re a light sleeper, the road may seem a bit noisy (depending on which side of the house your bedroom is located).  We did have an issue when we arrived with the construction on the first floor and contractors in our parking spaces, but it was addressed and the contractors did not work over the weekend.  The host, Richard, is responsive to the issues we had during our stay, although we feel the construction should have been noted ahead of our reserving this location, which is why we are rating as a 4."
